Hello friend,
You know those moments when life decides to sprinkle a little more “exciting opportunity” onto your already overflowing plate? Well, I just said yes to one of those moments – and surprisingly, my heart couldn’t be fuller. I’ve taken on a new role, just a few precious hours each week, but one that demands every ounce of presence, compassion, and alma I can muster. I’m working with teenagers, helping them navigate the stormy waters of anxiety, depression, and grief. (Because apparently, juggling wasn’t challenging enough – I decided to add heart surgery to my skill set. Metaphorically speaking, of course).
Yesterday, we explored something magical – Ho’oponopono (pronounced ho-oh-pono-pono). It’s a Hawaiian practice that essentially means “to make right.” Now, before you worry about pronouncing it perfectly, just know that even my teenagers got a good laugh watching me practice it multiple times. But here’s where it gets beautifully complex: this practice asks us to take responsibility for everything in our lives. Yes, everything. I watched their young faces scrunch up in confusion at this concept, and honestly, my inner quinceañera was right there with them.
The practice is deceptively simple, yet profound: “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.”
That’s it. No fancy equipment needed, no subscription required. Just these four phrases that somehow manage to shift entire internal landscapes. As one of my students quipped, “It’s like a reset button for your soul, but make it Hawaiian.”
This work with these incredible young souls is teaching me as much as I’m teaching them. Each session adds new tools to my own emotional toolkit, and watching them begin to self-regulate and find their power is nothing short of miraculous.

Speaking of tools for transformation… tambores por favor!
I’m thrilled to announce that January will bring a special gift – a new intimate group coaching experience focused on manifestation. We’re talking spiritual wisdom meets neuroscience, where ancient practices dance with modern brain research. Think of it as your personal laboratory for creating magic, but with scientific backing.
Here’s the intimate part – I’m keeping these groups purposefully small. This isn’t about broadcasting wisdom to the masses; it’s about creating a sacred container for deep, personalized transformation. Each participant gets my full attention, support, and the warmth that comes from someone who’s walked through fire and emerged stronger, ready to light the way for others.
Ready to step into 2025 with both spiritual alignment AND scientific strategy? Curious about how this unique blend could transform your manifestation practice? Let’s talk. Schedule a discovery call with me to learn more about this transformative journey. Spaces are limited, but more importantly, they’re sacred – because true transformation happens in those intimate spaces where we dare to dream out loud and allow ourselves to be fully seen.

In the quiet moments between the chaos and the clarity, that’s where the magic happens. That’s where we find ourselves, our power, and sometimes, if we’re lucky, a community of kindred spirits ready to rise together. Will you join us?
