Hello friend,
I’m bubbling with excitement (and yes, a bit of nervous energy!) to officially introduce you to my newsletter’s new identity: The Bridge. Why this name? Because I’ve learned – often the hard way – that true transformation happens when we bridge the gap between spiritual wisdom and practical action. It’s where the ethereal meets the tangible, where manifestation meets mastery.
Real talk? The start of 2025 has knocked me sideways. Between the L.A. fires threatening our community (I literally had my evacuation bag ready), the political chaos making my social media feeds feel like a battlefield, and my own healing journey throwing me curveballs… let’s just say my manifestation practice has been getting a serious workout!
Just last week, I found myself spiraling after a particularly challenging client session that triggered some of my own stuff. You know those moments when imposter syndrome comes knocking, and suddenly you’re questioning everything? Yeah, that was me. But instead of letting those thoughts drag me into their usual rabbit hole, I reached for one of my most reliable tools – the “Choose Again Method” (thank you, Gabby Bernstein!).
This method has been my lifeline, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s been transformative for both me and my clients. When those negative thoughts start their familiar dance, this method helps you pump the brakes and shift gears.
Here’s how it works (and how I used it last week):
- Get Real with Your Thoughts: First things first – check in with yourself. “How am I feeling right now?” For me, it was “I’m feeling like a fraud. Maybe I’m not qualified enough to guide others.” No judgment, just honest observation. Grab your journal and write it down. Yes, actually write it.
- Show Some Self-Love:Â Here’s where it gets good. Instead of beating yourself up about those negative thoughts (my specialty before I learned this method!), thank them! I wrote:Â “Thank you for showing me that I deeply care about providing value and making a difference. This isn’t about being a fraud; it’s about wanting to serve at my highest level.”
- Make a Better Choice: Now for the transformation part. Ask yourself: “What’s the best-feeling thought I can find right now?” For me, it was: “Every challenge I face adds to my ability to understand and support others. My struggles make me more relatable, not less qualified.” Notice I didn’t jump straight to “I’m the best coach ever!” We’re not aiming for sunshine and rainbows if we’re in a thunderstorm – just a slightly better thought that feels true.
Now, I know what some of you might be thinking (because I thought it too): “Can it really be this simple?” Especially if you’ve been carrying certain thoughts around longer than your favorite pair of jeans.
Here’s the truth bomb: The power isn’t in the complexity of the method – it’s in your choice to shift. Whether those thoughts have been your companions for two weeks or two decades, choosing a better-feeling thought is like opening a window in a stuffy room. It might not change everything instantly, but it creates space for fresh air to flow in.
✨ Your Turn! ✨ I’d love to hear from you! What’s one situation where you could use the Choose Again Method this week? Drop me a reply – I personally read and reply to every single one, and yes, sometimes I’m reading them in my PJs with bed hair and a tea in hand!
Coming Up… Get ready for more real talks, practical tools, inspiring stories, and a deep dive into the four Rs of my manifestation process: Release, Reprogram, Rekindle, and Realize.
We’re building this bridge together, one wobbly but determined step at a time.
With love, authenticity, and a dash of practical magic,

P.S. Know someone who could use some manifestation mastery and creativity spark in their life? Forward this to a friend – the bridge is always open, and there’s plenty of room for all of us to grow together! 🌉
